Loudon, NH (August 13, 2011) - Dreyer &
Reinbold Racing qualified for the MoveThatBlock.com Indy 225 in
Loudon, New Hampshire today. The team's drivers Tomas Scheckter
(No. 22 MoveThatBlock.com) and Ana Beatriz (No. 24 Ipiranga)
qualified 18th and 21st respectively.
Tomas Scheckter is substituting for Wilson this weekend. The
South African was the sensible choice for Dreyer & Reinbold
Racing as he has a lot of experience on ovals and with DRR as well.
Scheckter came on board with DRR in 2009 competing at ten races for
the team. He earned three top-ten finishes (6th-
Iowa, 8th - Chicago, 9th- Miami). He
ran with DRR last year for four events, including the Indianapolis
500.
Scheckter will be making his first appearance at New Hampshire
Motor Speedway as he qualified 18th for tomorrow's race.
He recorded a two lap qualifying speed of 166.381 mph.
This weekend marked the first time that Ana Beatriz turned laps
at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The Brazilian will start
21st tomorrow after recording a two-lap average
qualifying speed of 164.958 mph.
Beatriz, secured her best IZOD IndyCar career qualifying result
in Milwaukee with an 11th place starting spot. Three
weeks ago, she earned her best qualifying result on a road course,
with a 23rd place starting position, and her second best
career finish in the IZOD IndyCar Series in Edmonton finishing
13th. Bia earned her best IZOD IndyCar result in
Toronto, Canada when she brought the car home in 11th
place.
Dreyer & Reinbold Racing will be on track for the
MoveThatBlock.com Indy 225 in Loudon, New Hampshire tomorrow. The
race telecast will air live on Sunday, August 14th at

What they have to say about the MoveThatBlock.com Indy
225:
Tomas Scheckter, No. 22 MoveThatBlock.Com:"We
got pretty lost after that second practice session today, but we
found our way again. We made a lot of changes to the car and I'm
happy with what we ended up with. Also, we went out in the
beginning when the track was not as good. I just have to thank the
team. It was a good job. We qualified where we qualified and I
think it was up to track conditions and I look forward to a good
racecar tomorrow."
Ana Beatriz, No. 24 Ipiranga:"The car in
qualifying was the best that we've had all weekend. It's a shame
that we couldn't have that feeling earlier so that I had more
confidence to attack more in qualifying. I think that's maybe why
the difference from my first lap to my second was so big. My second
lap was competitive. We'll see. I'm confident now that I had a good
car in qualifying. We need to keep working hard and have a great
race tomorrow."
